As such we are able to help clients form businesses in airports and when necessary, we also negotiate with local authorities, state agencies and the Federal Aviation Administration.

We represent clients in FAA enforcement actions as well. If you have received a Letter of Correction or a Warning Notice from the FAA, you must diligently pursue your options. If you do not, the FAA could revoke or suspend your license, or even issue monetary penalties, all of which remains on your record for up to five years.
