Our Experience
Attorney James C. Warnes has more than 38 years of legal experience. Jim has served as chairman of the Athens Board of Zoning Appeals. Currently, he serves as president of the Downtown Athens Property Owners Association. Jim is joined by attorney Cecilia P. Mercer, who focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
